With over 20 years of leveraging new technology in the field of strategic communications, I have experience in a wide variety of disciplines, including account management, web development, social network analysis, data modeling, email marketing, social media campaign management, creative direction, strategic planning, e-commerce, online advertising, advergaming, UX/UI design and turning analytics into actionable intelligence.
Additionally, I’ve developed curriculum and taught college courses in the field of computer operations, graphic design and interactive development.

Responsible for the curriculum development and hybrid (online and in-classroom) instruction of GRDE 211 – Design for New Media and GRDE 210 – Design for the Web. Additionally responsible for the online delivery of GRDE157 – HTML/XML. All courses managed via the Moodle open-source Learning Management System (LMS).

Responsible for strengthening Sparrow's presence in the digital space by developing and delivering new content and functionality for Sparrow.org and its related web properties, as well as working with the marketing team to take advantage of emerging technologies and digital mediums. Support internal clients' needs for online communications and expand Sparrow’s suite of digital services (e.g., mobile site/app, social media, email marketing, etc.) in the interest of both patients and caregivers. Additionally, manage the development and execution of Sparrow’s social media strategy, email marketing programs, site optimization through use of Google Analytics and SEO best practices, and other digital marketing activities for the system. Responsible for developing the strategy for all Lead Generation, Telehealth and Foundation campaigns. As lead multimedia developer I assisted brand account teams and interactive strategists in developing interactive brand strategies, participated in key strategic decisions regarding direction of interactive campaigns, produced and managed the development of interactive advertising and eDirect campaigns for DaimlerChrysler brand clients, and created Interactive Group business processes for the development of eDirect and advertising campaigns to ensure ISO compliance and intra-agency cooperation.

Designed and implemented custom Internet and extranet solutions for clients. Primary client base included the electronic funds transfer (EFT) industry – NYCE, STAR, and Concord EFS. Managed and implemented the development of all interactive projects including all custom online catalogs, corporate websites, and secure e-commerce sites for use by clients. Assisted the account management team in assessing clients' needs and partnered with the sales department to create custom proposals specifically tailored to meet our clients' project objectives. Developed customized timelines and defined key milestones in the production process for all internal and external production teams to ensure on-time delivery for interactive projects. Developed and managed the production of interactive materials on both the client and server side as they related to clients’ advertising and marketing campaign objectives. Researched design, communication, and immerging interactive technologies to determine the feasibility of implementing them in our clients' future communication projects.

Primary responsibilities included development of new accounts, management existing accounts, development of technical proposals, web site design and administration, and vendor selection. Established and managed over a half a million dollars in Internet and multimedia projects in the first year of the multimedia group’s operation and ultimately was responsible for a staff of seven employees.

Responsible for coordinating and implementing new communications systems for use by the United States military forces supporting Joint Task Force-Southwest Asia located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Updated and maintained a current directory of worldwide Department of Defense addresses commonly used for classified and unclassified message transfer by military personnel in Taif, Saudi Arabia (Air Force Achievement Medal Awarded for Actions). Responsible for the operation of a Unisys 2200 mainframe computer system. Proficient in running peripheral equipment such as printers, disk drives, and tape drives. Additionally, graduated from the Air Force Academy Preparatory School in 1993 with a 3.8 GPA.

Using a multidisciplinary approach, the program is designed to provide students with a broad analytical framework for evaluating and solving cybersecurity problems.

The Master of Arts in Strategic Intelligence provides professional, graduate-level academic education in the interdisciplinary field of strategic intelligence. The program's core courses impart substantive knowledge and analytic skills required by all professionals in the intelligence community. The concentration in Middle Eastern Studies focuses on the world's most volatile and controversial region. This addresses the political, religious, military, economic, and social/cultural issues of the Middle East.

The Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in political science is designed for students with an interest in government and politics or students who intend to enter law school or graduate school. Students in this program take courses in American politics, comparative politics, international relations, and political theory.
